Mindhams Yard is a one bedroom former Fisherman's Cottage and the bedroom can be made up as a double or two singles should you prefer.
In addition to the main bedroom there is a comfortable sofa bed that will sleep another two people is required.

A newly refurbished bathroom and heating system was installed in 2016 modernizing the property and making comfortable for use all year round.
There is a comfortable open plan living room with dining table, sofa and television. There is a full size kitchen should you wish to self cater, but Wells has many great places to eat!
